Standing here today, I feel proud and inspired. Proud because I see before me a generation of learners with enormous potential. Inspired because I know that within each of you lies the ability to achieve greatness—not just for yourselves, but for your families, your community, and the pride of SMK Jalan Oya.

Today, I want to speak to you from my heart.

Many of you come to school with challenges. Some travel far, some carry responsibilities at home, some face pressures and doubts. But remember this—

Good morning everyone,

Today, I want to speak not just with my voice — but with my heart.

I want to remind each of us of something powerful, something simple, yet something truly life-changing.

I am the best student.

Yes… I am the best student.

Not because I am perfect.

Not because I always win.

But because I never stop trying.

Being the best student is not about being number one in class.

It is not about trophies, medals, or applause.

It is about belief.

Belief in myself.

Belief that even when I fall — I can rise again.

I am the best student because I do not quit when things get hard.

When others stop, I keep moving.

When I am tired, I rest — but I never give up.

When I fail, I learn.

When I am corrected, I listen.
